About Our Lady of Visitation Church – The History of this Church dates back to 1985 when mass was celebrated at St. Xaviers High School. In 1990 Fr. Joe D’Souza, priest of Sacred Heart Church, Vashi took charge of the spiritual needs of Nerul Catholics. He got Our Lady of the Visitation church Trust registered under the Public Trust. In 1996 Nerul was declared as a Parish Unit under the name Our Lady of the Visitation Church. On 1st June 1996 Fr. Henry Sequeira was appointed Priest-in-charge and Trustee of Our Lady of the Visitation Church, Nerul, by Cardinal Simon Pimenta.
At present Nerul and Seawoods has 56 Sectors and Parish has about 900 families. It has a network of associations and organizations. It has well functioning parish council and finance committee. The SCC (Small Christian Communities) is very active in the parish. The SVP (Society of St. Vincent De Paul), started in August 2005, dedicated to the needs of the poor and needy.

I would like to inquire if the church accepts old clothes to donate them to the poor and needy. I am interested in donating clothes that have been used just once or twice because I am relocating.
Could you please tell me timing for morning Xmas mass???
