About Mount Carmel Church – The Church of Our Lady of Mount Carmel, Bandra is a Roman Catholic church in Bandra, Mumbai. It was built in 1894 by Jesuit Missionaries. As the catholic population in Bandra increased in the latter half of the 20th century, a new modern structure was constructed in its place. The new church was blessed and inaugurated on 11 February 1981 by Archbishop Simon Pimenta, Archbishop of Bombay.

Being an ex parishioner I eagerly look to view the notices for the week at Mt Carmels. While I find the latest weekly notices of the neighbouring churches in Bandra I cannot view Mt Carmels Church notices .
when can we give mass for the repose of the soul and to whom.
Does Mount Carmel’s Church, Bandra have a website? In today’s digital age and with a vibrant parish community, it would be a shame if this church does not have one.

The Sunday Mass timings at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel are not 9:00am/10:00am but 9:15am and 10:30am respectively. Please amend.
